What does this mean for you?
When you will be onboarded you will be given access to the following apps:
· Senta – is our secured client portal which you will get access to sign the letter of engagement and upload sensitive information such as ID and proof of address. From here you can also review all of your returns and sign them off before we submit them to HMRC.
· Hubdoc is the app you can download on your phone to extract key information from your receipts, invoices, and bills. Here are the various ways you can upload this information:
· Xero – this is the accounting software which we use to reconcile all your transactions. It provides real-time updates which means you don’t have to wait until the end of the year to learn the health of your finances. From here you can view and share interactive reports and budgets, all in one place on a customisable dashboard.
· Dext – another app we can’t get enough of. It is a great app we use to capture more complex receipts but this app can also scan bank statements.
Setting these apps on your phone is a really easy and straightforward process. Once you are setup and good to go, we can focus on your business and provide you the real-time insights into your business so you can understand where you are and think about what needs to be done next.
